Gudz owns the website and by using it, you accept the terms and conditions.
Gudz reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without notice.
It is your responsibility to read and accept the latest terms and conditions each time you use the website.

After confirming your order, Gudz will send an order acknowledgment email.
Acceptance of your order happens when Gudz dispatches your items and sends a confirmation email.
Gudz may decline your order for various reasons such as unavailable stock, pricing error, or description error.
If Gudz cannot accept your order, it will notify you with a reason.

The description and price of goods are displayed on the Gudz website at the time of placing an order.
If Gudz cannot fulfil your order within 7 days, it may terminate the contract and give you a full refund or credit your account.
If some but not all items are unavailable within 7 days, Gudz will contact you to cancel or amend your order.
Gudz strives to ensure accurate descriptions and pricing but may contact you if an error occurs.
If you do not respond to Gudz within 14 days, it may cancel your entire order or fulfil the part that does not have errors.
You may have to pay a delivery charge in addition to the price.
Promotional products may not be eligible for further discounts.

Gudz can only deliver to your billing address.
Gudz aims to dispatch most orders within 1 working day.
Gudz will contact you if it cannot deliver to your address for any reason.
You are responsible for any costs if you deliberately do not accept the goods.
If the package or contents appear damaged, do not accept delivery or sign the parcel as "unchecked".
You may incur additional charges at the destination for tax, duty, or other fees.
Shipping outside the UK may take longer due to customs inspection.
Gudz may cancel your order if it cannot ship products to your country due to regulations.
If items are returned to Gudz, it will contact you to resolve the issue.

You are responsible for following the courier company's procedures to obtain a parcel if you were not present during delivery.

Payment must be made immediately after checking out with Gudz. However, this does not mean that your order has been accepted.
Payment can be made through various methods, which you will see during the checkout process. Alternatively, refer to the payment section for further details.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
We cannot deliver the goods until the funds have cleared, unless you have a business account where we have agreed on credit facilities.

After delivery, the goods are at your risk.
Ownership of the goods will only pass to you once funds have been received by Gudz.

All electronic goods supplied by us come with the manufacturer's warranty, which depends on the product's length.
All other goods do not come with the manufacturer's warranty. However, we are not responsible for any faulty goods unless reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Failure to do so would make your claim unacceptable.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We will comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 to keep your details secure. However, we cannot be liable for unauthorized access to the information supplied by you.

Product images shown on the website may differ from the actual product, and we cannot be held responsible for this.

You are not allowed to copy, modify, publish, sell, broadcast, distribute, alter or transfer any content/material on this website, whether in whole or in part. However, you may download, print or copy content/material for your personal non-commercial use.

You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 7 days after receipt of goods. However, this policy does not apply to business customers.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give us written notice by email, giving details of your order. Thereafter we will contact you with an approval or disapproval of the return. Please do not just send the goods back. If you do, your cancellation rights will be void.
You will be responsible for returning the goods back to Gudz at your expense. You must ensure the goods are packaged well and in the condition you received them in.
Once we receive the returned goods, our specialist team will ensure they are in the condition they were sent out in. Thereafter, we will give you a refund. Please note that even though some orders have free postage, the refund you will receive will be less postage as the postage may be included in the price.
If the goods are not in a resalable condition, you do not have the right to exercise your cancellation rights.

Please note that any items you return to us that you claimed as faulty are checked and tested by our specialist team. If goods are not found to be faulty, they will be returned to you, and you will have to bear the carriage cost.
Any items you return to us are at your own risk. Therefore, we recommend you use a well-known courier company, use adequate packaging, purchase insurance. Please note that we would not be responsible for any costs incurred.
